FeedWarming Up and Cooling Off
With the onset of the summer heat, the Idea Home progress continues. Matt Eaton and his crew from Cape Cod Comfort Solutions were a popular group as they cooled everyone off with the installation of the central air conditioning system. All that cool air will stay inside thanks to the folks at Cape Cod Insulation who were also on the job installing spray foam insulation for the whole roof system and fiberglass insulation in the exterior walls. And speaking of walls, Brian Bolton & Son Drywall transformed the interior of the home and now it is really taking shape with all the drywall work complete. The busy week will continue with the installation of the septic system by Pat McDowell of P.K.M. Contractors as well as the delivery of our Mid-Continent kitchen cabinets and the first steps of installation of the hardwood floors by Wood Floor Specialists.
